The scope of business of our company:
         Attending to the procedure for ship's entry into and departure from Ningbo port and arranging for pilotage, tugboat and berth ;

         Arranging for loading/discharging,tallying,draft survey,weighing/measuring,fumigation,supervision of loading/ discharging and inspection of cargo and/or cargo holds;Attending to cargo tracing,cargo claims and disposal of overlanded cargo;

         Attending to chartering,purchase/sale and/or handing/taking-over of ships,and signing charter parties and sales contracts on behalf of the entrusting party;Subject to authorization,signing bills of lading,contracts of affreightment and ship's dispatch/demurrage agreements;Computing freight,collecting and effecting payment for the entrusting party,attending to calculation and settlement of dispatch money and/or demurrage;

         Attending to crew manning and signing crew manning agreements,arranging for passports,visa and other certificates,medical treatment,replacement,repatriation and sightseeing for crew members;Purchasing and/or forwarding ship's spare parts,stores,maritime charts etc.Providing business information and consultative service;

         Arranging trip,hotel and flight for ship-related personnel;

         Acting as ship owner's protective agent

         Acting as ship brokers;Providing shipping information service.

         Other relevant business.
